EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

No. 6-ETC(PN)/73—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses 3(1) and 4(1) of the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, published, with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. No. 927, dated the 8th March, 1968 as amend- ed from time to time, and with reference to public Notice No. 2-ETC(PN)/68, dated the 23rd February, 1968, the Customs Officers as mentioned in Schedule II to Exports (Control) Order, 1968 arc hereby authorised to receive the applications and pass the shipping bills in respect of Nylon Fabrics tendered for export by the State Trading Cor- poration of India Ltd., or their authorised associates.
2. The shipping bills for export of Nylon Fabrics by exporters, who are not authori- sed associates of the State Trading Corporation of India Ltd., will, however, continue to be passed by the export licensing authorities at the ports, in the manner prescribed in para 2 of Public Notice No. 2-ETC(PN)/68, dated the 23rd February, 1968.
