New Delhi, the 1th March 1973

G.S.R. 159(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 18-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1973, namely:—

In the said fiction, after the words "Republic of Korea" in the two places where they occur, the words "or Tunisia" shall be inserted.
