New Delhi, the 9th March, 1973

G.S.R. 162 (E).—-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 160, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Cen- tral Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 184-Customs. dated the 28th December, 1956, namely:—

In the said notification, for the words, ''pickled hides and butts", the words, "pickled hides, pickled butts and pickled sheep skins", shall be substituted. [No. 40/F. No. 355/51/72-Cus. 1J S.
