ORDER

New Delhi, the 9th March, 1973

S.O. 130(E)/IDRA/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government here- by makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development NO, SO 621(E)/15IDRA/72., dated the 23rd Sep- tember, 1972, namely. -

In paragraph 2 of the said Order, lor the words "within tour weeks from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazettes the words by the end of March, 1973" shall be substituted.
