MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

ORDER

New Delhi 9th March 1973

S.O. 131(E),—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 772, dated the 11th March, 1966, read with the Order of the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 1085, dated the 10th March, 1971, the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Aurangabad Mills Limited, Aurangabad, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to therein for a period of seven years up to and inclusive of the 10th March, 1973;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of two years;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period up to and inclusive of the 10th March, 1975.
