G.S.R. 63(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Wild life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby ;appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette as the date on which the said Act shall conic into force in the State of Haryana.

432 THE GAZETTE OF INCIA EXTRAORDINARY [PA^T ±1-THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION CENTRAL RULES, 1973 GAR. 64(E).—In exercise of the power* conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) ol section 63 ot the Wild Lite (Protection) Act, 1972 (13 of 1972), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following rules, namely:—
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—II) These rules may be called the tyild I ifc (Stock Declaration) Rules, 1971
(2) fhey shall extend to the whole ol the Slate of H'aryana
H) They shall come into force on the 12rh March, 1973.
2. Declaration by nmnufiatuitr of, dealer or taxidenntt in, anlUMil article etc^-Every manufacturer ot, or dealer in, animal article or every debtor in captive animals, trophies or uncured trophies or every taxidermist shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of the Wild I l'fe (Protection) Act, 1972, declare, as required by sub-section (3) of section 44 of the said ACL, his stocks of animal articles, captive animal*, trophies and uncurvd trophies, vs the case may be, as on the date of Mich declaration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in the form jiven below
