ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th March 1973
G.S.R. 169(E) Ess.Coin./SiiBar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3(C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Govern- ment hereby mikes the following order to further amend the Sugar (Price Determina- tion for 1972-73 Production) Order, 1972, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-73 Produc- tion) Second Amendment Order, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force at once
2.In Schedule II to the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-73 Production) Order,
(i) under the heading 'Gujarat', after serial number 7 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be inserted, namely;—
"8. Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Khand Udyog Cooperative Society Limited, Jamnavad Road, Dhoraji."
(i) under the heading 'Maharashtra' after serial number 44 and the entry relat- ing thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be inserted, namely:—
"45. Shree Siddheshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited, Kumathe, Talnk
