SUBJECT:—Sale of goods imported by foreign participants in the Third International

Trade Fair, 1972. New Delhi.

No. 35-ITC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to the late Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 5-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 15th January, 1973, on the above subject, according to which actual users willing to purchase goods from foreign participants were to apply far the same to the licensing authorities/sponsoring authorities on or before 31st January. 1973,2. On a review of the position, it has been decided to extend the last data from 31st January, 1973 to 31st May, 1973 The late Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 5-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 15th January, 1973 may be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
