New Delhi, the 26th March 1973
.S.0.172(E)/15/IDRA/73—Whereas the industrial undertaking known as M/s. Britannia Engg. Works (Wagons Division) Mokameh, in Patna (Bihar) is engaged in the scheduled industries namely, metallurgical and transportation industries.
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the industrial under- taking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the. scheduled industries con- cerned and to public interest;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circum- stances of the case, a body of persons consisting of:
