ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 26th March 1973
S.O. 174(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, namely;—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 1973.
2. In Part B of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, sub-items (viii) to (xi) and (xiii) of item 21 and item 22 shall be substituted by the following:—
"21 (viii) Export ot mill made cotton textiles to Austria. 21 (ix) Export of mill made cotton textiles to West Germany. 21(x) Export of mill made cotton textiles to France. 21(xi) Export of mill made cotton textiles to Italy.
21 (xiii) Export of mill made cotton Textiles to Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
