8.Ο. 181 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause ( 1 ) of sub- section (2) of section 297 of the Income - tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order to amend the Jammu and Kashmir (Taxation Concessions) Order , 1958 , namely:-
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Jammu and Kashmir ( Taxation Concessions ) (Amendment ) Order , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the Ist day of April , 1973 .
2. In the Jammu and Kashmir (Taxation Concessions ) Order , 1958 , paragraph 7 shall be omitted .

का ०ग्रा ० 181 ( अ) आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 297 की उपधारा 2 के खण्ड ( ठ ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार जम्मू और कश्मीर ( कराधान रियायतें ) श्रादेश, 1958 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित श्रादेश करती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम जम्मू और कश्मीर ( कराधान रियायतें ) ( संशोधन) आदेश , 1973 है ।
( 2 ) यह अप्रैल , 1973 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. जम्मूऔर कश्मीर ( कराधान रियायतें ) आदेश , 1958 में पैरा 7 लुप्त कर दिया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause ( 1 ) of sub- section (2 ) of section 297 of the Income- tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Part B States (Taxation Concessions) Order , 1950 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Part B States ( Taxation Concessions ) (Amend- ment) Order , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April , 1973 .
2. In the Part B States ( Taxation Concessions ) Order , 1950 , in paragraph 15, item (iii) shall be omitted .

No. 135 ( 3 ) / 73 - TPL . ] का ०ग्रा ० 182 ( श्र ) . आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 297 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ठ ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाग ख राज्य ( कराधान रियायतें ) श्रादेश , 1950 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थातः-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम भाग ख राज्य ( कराधान रियायतें ) ( संशोधन ) आवेश , 1973 है ।
( 2 ) यह अप्रैल, 1973 के प्रथम दिन को लागू होगा ।
2. भाग ख राज्य ( कराधान रियायतें ) आदेश , 1950 के पैरा 15 में , मष ( iii ) लुप्त कर दी जाएगी ।

1. This Order may be called the Merged States ( Taxation Concessions) (Amendment) Order , 1973 .

2. In the Merged States ( Taxation Concessions ) Order , 1949 , in paragraph 13 ,- (a) item ( i) shall be omitted with effect from the 2nd day of April, 1973 ;
(b) item (iv) shall be omitted with effect from the 1st day of April , 1973 .

1. इस आदेश का नाम विलीन राज्य ( कराधान रियायतें ) ( संशोधन ) आदेश , 1973 है ।
2. विलीन राज्य ( कराधान रियायतें ) आदेश , 1949 के पैरा 13 में, - (क) मद ( i ) अप्रैल , 1973 के द्वितीय दिन से लुप्त की जाएगी ;
(ख) मद ( iv ) अप्रैल , 1973 के प्रथम दिन से लुप्त की जाएगी ।
