SUBJECT,—Export of Hand Woven Woollen Carpets and Woollen Chain Stitched Rags
manufactured in Eluru and Warrangal in Andhra Pradesh.
No 13-ETC(l"N)/73 —Reference Ministry of Commerce Export Trade Control Order No. E(C)O, 1968/AM(96), dated the 31st March, 1973 amending the provisions of the aforesaid Order.
2 It is notified for the information of the Trade that with effect from 1st April, 1973, export of Hand Woven Woollen Carpets and Woollen Chain-Stitched Rugs manufactured in Eluru and Warrangal of Andhra Pradesh other than those mentioned against item No. 32(i)(a) in Part 'A' will be licensed freely on shipping hills and export will be allowed only on outright sale basis and subject to floor price of Rs. 35.00 per sq. metre f.o.b. subject to the condition that the exporter will produce a certificate of origin from the Director of Industries and Commerce, Government of Andhra Pradesh to the effect that the carpet is manufactured in Eluru/Warrangal.
