S.O. 188(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (xi) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). the Central Government hereby declares the following commodity to be an essential commodity for the purposes of the said Act, namely;—
Yarn made wholly or in part from any of the following materials, namely:—
(i) cotton;
(ii) wool;
(iii) man-made cellulosic spun fibre;
(iv) man-made non cellulosic spun fibre;
