ORDER
IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
NEW Delhi, the 31st March 1973
S.O. 191(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 and 4A of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (IK of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the- following Order further to amend the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, namely:--
1. This Order may be called the Imports (Control) First Amendment Order, 1973.
2. In the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, in Schedule III, in the- first 'Proviso',—
(A) in sub-pai'n (2),--
(a) item (iii) shall be deleted. and (b) the enisling item (iv) shall be re-numbered as (iii),
(B)aftertheexilingexilingsub-para (2), the following shall be added, namely—
(3) the amount of fees payable shall be Rs. 10 irrespective of the value of the goods specified in the application, in respect of,—
(i) appeal to the CCI&F against any decision by a licensing authority on an
