G.S.R. 194(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 79, read with sub- section (3) of Section 160, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Tourist Baggage Rules, 1958, namely:—
(1) These rules may be called the Tourist Baggage (Amendment) Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In rule 3 of the said rules, in sub-rule (3), in clause (ii), for the figures and word "0.75 litre", the figures and word "0.95 litre" shall be substituted.
