NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th April 1973
G.S.R. 196(E),—[11 exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (a) of Sub-section (I), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and rule 4 of the Food Corporations Rules. 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. N. Chorpra. Special Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India with effect from the 23rd March, 1973 and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agricul- ture (Department of Pood) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely;—
In the said notification, under the heading "Chairman, appointed under section 7(l)(a)", against item (1), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"Shri R. N. Chopra, Special Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food)".
