ORDER
New Delhi , the 6th April 1973
S.O. 202 (E) . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Indus- trial Development , Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 620 / 18A / IDRA / 69 , dated 14th February , 1969 , the management of the industrial under- taking known as New Maneckchock Spinningng andand WeWeaving Company Limited , Ahmedabad had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of 13th February , 1970 ;
And whereas the Central Government being of the opinion that it was expedient in public interest so to do , by Order of the Government of India late Ministry of Foreign Trade , No. S.O. 616 , dated 13th February , 1970. directed that the aforesaid notified Order dated 14th February , 1969 , shall continue to have effect upto and inclusive of 23rd March , 1970 ;
And whereas the Central Government being of the opinion that it was expedient in public interest so to do by Order of the Government of India , late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 1101 , dated 18th March , 1970 , directed that the aforesaid notified Order , dated 14th February , 1969, shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 9th April , 1970 ;
--'And whereas the Central Government being of the opinion that it was expedient in public interest so to do by Order of the Government of India , late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 1364, dated 9th April , 1970 , directed that the aforesaid notified order dated 14th February, 1969, shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 9th April , 1971 ;

And whereas the Central Government being of the opinion that it was expedient in public interest so to do by Order of the Government of India , late Ministry of Foreign Trado No. S.O 1565 , dated the 7th April , 1971 , directed that the aforesaid notified Order dated 14th February , 1969 , shal continue to have effect fo a further perio 1 pto and inclusive of the 9th April , 1973 ;
And whereas the Central Governments of the opin'ont at it is expedient n public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the sald Authorised Controller should continue for a farther period of one year that is upto and inclusive of 9th April , 1974;
Now , therefore , in exereise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section (2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereb " directs that the O der first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further per od upto and inclusive of the 9th April , 1974 .

का० प्रा० 202 ( अ ) .--यतः भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व श्रौद्योगिक विकास , आन्तरिक व्यापार तथा ममवाय कार्य मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 620/ 18 ए/ आई ० डी० आर ० ए ० / 69 दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 1969 द्वारा न्यू मानक चेक स्पिनिंग एण्ड विविग कं ० लि ० अहमदाबाद नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध, उपरोक्त आदेश में निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकृत नियंत्रक द्वारा 13 फरवरी , 1970 तक के लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , ग्रहण कर लिया गया था ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , जिसकी राय में ऐसा करना लोक हित में समीचीन है, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 616 दिनाक 13 फरवरी , 1970 द्वारा निदेश दिया कि दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 1969 के उपरिणित अधिसूचित आदेश का प्रभाव 23 मार्च , 1970 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , की अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , जिसकी राय में ऐसा करना लोक हित में समीचीन है , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व विदेश व्यापार मत्तालय के आदेश मं ० का ० आ ० 1101 , दिनांक 18 मार्च , 1970 द्वारा निदेश दिया कि दिनाक 14 फरवरी , 1969 के उपरिवर्णीत श्रधिसूचित आदेश का प्रभाव 9 अप्रैल , 1970 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है, की अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , जिसकी राय मे ऐसा करना लोक हित में समीचीन है, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 1364 दिनांक 9 अप्रैल, 1970 द्वारा निदेश दिया कि दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 1969 के उपरिर्वाणत अधिसूचित आदेश का प्रभाव 9 अप्रल , 1971 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है, की अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , जिसकी राय में ऐसा करना लोक हित में समीचीन है, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 1565 दिनांक 7 अप्रैल , 1971 द्वारा निदेश दिया कि दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 1969 के उपरिणित अधिसूचित आदेश का SEC. 3 ( 1 ) ]

प्रभाव 9 अप्रैल , 1973 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , की अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोक हित में यह समीचीन है कि उत्तम प्राधिकृत नियंत्रक द्वारा उक्त उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए अर्थात 9 अप्रैल , 1974 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है, और बना रहना चाहिए ।
अतः अब उद्योग ( विकास तथा विनियमन ) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 ए की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उपरिवर्णीत प्रथम आदेश का प्रभाव 9 अप्रैल , 1974 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , की अवधि के लिए और बना रहेगा ।
