SUBJECT :—Export of Chillies, dried, in any form other than powder to Sri Lanka.
No. 15-ETC(PN)/73.—It is notified that it has been decided to de-canalise, with immediate effect, the export of Chillies, dried, in any form other than powder to Sri Lanka, which was canalised through the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Limited vide the erstwhile Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 8-ETC(PN)/1969 dated the 16th August, 1969 as amended by Public Notice No. 10-ETC(PN)/1969, dated the 4th November, 1969.
2. Export of Chillies, dried, in any form other than powder to Sri Lanka shall be licensed freely subject to (i) pre-shipment inspection, (ii) quality control and (ill) production of Letter of Credit, as in the case of all other destinations.
