No. 16-ETC(PN)/73.—Reference Export (Control) Eighth Amendment Order, 1973, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 12th April, 1973.
2. It has been decided that export of Marine Products—canned and frozen products and frog legs (not covered by entry No. 22(a) and 22 (b) of Part A of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1968), Dried Prawns, Sharkfins, Fishmaws, Bombay Ducks and other dried fish products will be licensed freely against firm order/contracts with pre-fixed prices and not on consignment basis with immediate effect.
