G. S. R. 199(E) /Eec. Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, and having regard to various factors mentioned under sub-clause (?) thereof, the Central Government, after.consultation with such authorities, bodies and associations as are considered necessary by it to be consulted, hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 423 (E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane, dated the 30th September, 1972, namely :•—
In the schedule to the said notification, under the heading " Maharashtra ", against serial number 44, relating to Messrs Shree Satpuda Tapi Parisar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Lon- kheda, Dongargaon Tal. Shahada, District Dhulia (Maharashtra), in col. 3 for the figures'8-oo' the figures '9-13 shall be substituted.
