ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th April 1973
S.O. 222(E)/IDRA/18G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order 1967. namely,
(1) (0 This Order may be called the Cement Control (Amendment) Order. 1971.
(ii) It shall come into force with effect from the 18th April. 1973
(2) In clause 8 of the Cement Control Order, 1967,
(i) in item (a) for the figures "162.00" the figures "164.00"' shall be substituted.
(ii) in item (b) far the figures "139" the figures "141" shall be substituted.
