G.S.R. 203(E)," In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Sections (2) and (3) of Section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956 (I of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Shir Y T. Shah to be member and also the Chairman of the Company Law Board in place of Shri R. Prasad with effect from 12th April, 1973 .and makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. G.S.R. 177, dated the Ist February, 1964, namely;—
In the said notification in clause (a), for the entry "(1) Shri R. Prasad," the entry "(1) Shri Y T, Shah" shall be subs.ituted and for the entry "lb) Shri R. Prasad, to be the Chairman of the Company I aw Board" the entry "(b) Shri Y. T. Shah, to he Chairman of the Company law Board" shall be substituted.
