NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd April, 1973

S.O. 241(E).—Whereas elections have been held in. pursuance of the Notification No. S.O. 138(E), dated the 12th March, 1973, issued under section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), for the purpose of filling seats of the members of the Council of States elected by the elected members of the Iegislative Assembly of the State of Kerala, retiring on the 21st April, 1973. on tie expiration of their term of office;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 71 of the said Act, the names of the members elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the Slate of Kerala are hereby notified for general information:'—
