ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th April 19 73
S.O. 246(E)/IDRA/18G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the fol- towing Order farther to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely,
1. (i) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Second Amendment) Ordeir 1973.
(ii) It shall be deemed to have come into effect from the 15th December, 1972
2. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order, 1967, in the second paragraph, for the words, abbreviations and figures "an additional price of Rs. 56.50 per tonne" the words, abbreviations and figures "an additional price of Rs. 62.20 per tonne" shall be substituted.
