G.S.R. 204(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause" (b) of sub-section (2) read with sub-section (9), of section 6 of the Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973 (15 of 1973), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Mines, No. G.S.R. 52 (E), dated the 8th February, 1973.
