New Delhi, the 28th April 1973

C.S.R. 210(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 1-Customs, dated the 1st January, 1973, namely:—

In the Table below the said notification, for the entry in column 2, against serial No. 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"Mica splittings of all grades other than those specified against serial number above [NO. 62/F. No. 58-TR(CUS)/73.1 B. N. SHARMA, Under Secy.
