SUBJECT :—Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules & Procedure, 1973-74.
No. 66-ITC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules & Procedure, 1973-74 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 47-ITC (PN)/73 dated the 2nd April, 1973.
2. The following amendments shall be made at appropriate places in the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules & Procedure, 1973-74 :—

The following may be added at the end of the existing sub-paragraph 79(8) :—
"Small scale units whose requirement of imported raw materials is less than Rs. 50,000/- per annum will not be required to produce a statement of production and consumption."
113 Sub-para 124(1) . In the fifth line, the words and figures
"Rs. 5 lakhs" may be rend as "Rs. one lakh."
