EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 3rd May 1973 SUBJECT.—Export of Live Frogs.
No. 19-ETC(PN)/73.—It is notified for information of the Trade that export of 'Live Frogs' has been brought under control with immediate effect vide Export Trade Control Order No. E(C)O, 1968/AM(101), dated the 3rd May, 1973.
2. It has been decided by the Ministry of Commerce that individual export applications will be considered by the Marine Products Export Development Authority, Cochin, and on their recommendation, the licensing authorities will issue export licences.
