O.257 (E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constiluiion , the President hereby diracts that the Administrator of the Union territory of Delhi shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, also exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3, sub-section (I) of section 13, sec- tion 31 and sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 39 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971),

O. 258 (E).—In pursuance of stub-section (3) of section 27 of the Delhi Adminis- tration Act, 1966 (19 of 1966), the President hereby specifies that the powers and functions of the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3, sub-section (1) of section 13, section 31 and sub-section (1) and (3) of section 39 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971I exercisable by he Administrator of the Urnon territory of Delhi by virtue of the notification 01 the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. U-iiO3O/i/73-(i)-UTL dated the 3rd May, 1973 shall be exercised by the said Administrator in his discretion.
