ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th May 1973
G. S. R.232(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i)of clause 4-B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947, the Vegetable Oil Produce controller for India hereby makes the following order to amend the Order or the Gov- ernment of India in the "Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) NO. G S.R. 466(E) dated the 24th November 1972, namely:—
In the said Order—
(i) in the Table, after item 2 and the cntrics relating thereto, the following them and entries shall be added, namely:—

(ii) after the Table, the following paragraph shall be added, namely:—
"The limit of usage of mustard oil or rapesced oil, or both, specified in th Table shall not apply to imported rapeseed oil or oil obtained from im ported rapeseed."
2. This order shall come into force from the 2-month period May-June- 1973.
