New Delhi, the 4th May 1973

S.O. 266(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 1027, dated the 6th March, 1971, namely:—

In the said Order, for the heading "Director (Production)" and serial number 2, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:—
