New Delhi , the 10th May 1973
G. S. R. 243 ( E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 9 of the Salaries and Allowances of Members of Parliament Act , 1954 (30 of 1954 ) , the Joint Committee constituted under sub - section ( 1 ) of that section , after consultation with the Central Government , hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Members of Parliament ( Travelling and Daily Allowances) Rules , 1957 , the same having been approved and confirmed by the Chairman of the Council of States , and the Speaker of the House of the People , as required by sub - section (4) of the said section , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Members of Parliament ( Travelling and Daily Allow- ances) Amendment Rules , 1973 .
(2) Rules 3 to 7 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th day of June , 1972 and the remaining provisions of these rules shall come into force at once .
2. In the Members of Parliament ( Travelling and Daily Allowances ) , Rules , 1957 , (hereafter referred to as the said rules ) , after rule 16 , the following rule shall be inserted , namely :-
" 16-A ( 1 ) Where a Member loses his Steamer Pass or the Spouse's Steamer Pass and a duplicate thereof is required to be issued to him , he shall make an application to the Speaker of the House of the People or the Chairman of the Council of States , as the case may be , explaining the circumstances under which the loss occurred and if the Speaker or the Chairman , as the case may be , is satisfied , a duplicate Steamer Pass or the Spouse's Steamer Pass shall be issued to the Member .
( 2) Where a Member or his Spouse travels by steamer without the Steamer Pass , he shall be governed by the ordinary rules in regard to such travel" .
3. In rule 17-A of the said rules , for the word , figure and letter ' Section 6A' , the word , figure and letter ' Section 6B ' , shall be substituted .

का० आ० 203 ( श्र ) यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि इसस उपाबद्ध अनु- गत्रा म विनिर्दिष्ट विषयों के बारे मे मैमर्स देहरी रोहतास लाईट रेलवे कम्पनी लिमिटेड के प्रवन्धतत्र से सम्बद्ध नियोजकों और उनके कर्मकारों के बीच एक औद्योगिक विवाद विद्यमान
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त विवाद को न्यार्यानर्णयन के लिए निवेशित करना वाछनीय समझती है ;
अत. , अब, श्रीद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद् हाग उवन विवाद को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7-क के अधीन गठित केन्द्रीय सरकार औद्योगिक धिकरण, ( मख्या 1 ) धनबाद को न्यायनिर्णयन के लिए निर्देशित करती है ।

"क्या देही रोहतास लाईट रेलवे एम्पलॉईज यूनियन की , देहरी रोहताम लाईट रेलवे कम्पनी लिमिटेड के कर्मकारों के वेतन के पूरे ढांचे का पुनरीक्षण करने की माग न्यायोचित है ? यदि हां, तो वलन का पूरा ढांचा क्या होना चाहिए और इसको किम तारीख में प्रभावी किया जाना चाहिए ? "

S.O. 204 (E -Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation Department of Labour and Employment ) No. L. 41011 / 8 / 73 / LRIII , dated the 7th April , 1973 , an industrial dispute between the management of Dehri Rohtas Light Railway Company Limited and their workmen has been referred to the Industrial Tribunal ( No. r) , Dhan- had for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of section to of the Industrial Dispues Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence in the said establishments in connection with the said dispute .

का० श्र० 204 ( अ) यतः भारत सरकार के श्रम और पुनर्वास मंत्रालय ( श्रम और रोजगार विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या एल- 41011 / 8 / 73-एल ० चार ०3 , तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 1973 द्वारा देहरी रोहतास लाईट रेलवे कम्पनी लिमिटड के प्रबन्धतंत्र और उनके कर्मकारों के बीच औद्योगिक विवाद को न्यायमिर्णयन के लिए श्रौद्योगिक अधिकरण ( संख्या 1 ) धनबाद को निर्देशित किया गया है ।
अतः अब, भौद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एसद्वारा उक्त प्रतिष्ठानों में उक्त विवाद के मरळन्ध में विद्यमान हड़ताल के नेरन्तर्य को प्रतिषिद्ध करती
