NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May 1973
S.O. 278(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints the following officers of Government, in addition to the officers appointed by its Notification No. 434/TN/72 (2), dated the 10th October, 1972. to assist the Returning Officer for 23 Dindigul Parliamentary Constituency in the Stale of Tamil Nadu in connection with the bye-election to the House of the People to be held in pursuance of its Notification No. 100/TN/ HP/1/72(1), dated the 18th April, 1973: —
1. Assistant Commissioner (Urban Land Tax), Madurai,
2. District Supply Officer, Madurai.
3. District Planning Officer, Madurai.
4. Special Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Madurai.
