ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st May 1973
S.O. 289. (E).—In exercise of the powers, conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Delhi, Meerut and Bulandshahr Milk and Milk Pro- ducts Control Order, 1973 published under the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture-) No. S. O 268 (E) dated the 5th May, 1973 namely; —
In the said order in clause 3, in sub-clauses (a) and (c), for the word "Casein" the words and brackets "Casein (excepting Casein manufactured from sour milk for industrial purposes)" shall be substituted.
