ORDER
S.O. 296(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-sec- tion (I), read with sub-section (2), of section 18 FB of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 381(E), dated the 29th May, 1972, namely:—
in paragraph 2 of the said Order, for the Words "one year", the Words 'two years" shall be substituted.
