New Delhi , the 8th June 1973
G.S.R.307 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1970 , namely :---
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Amendment Order, 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 11th June , 1973 .
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1970 , in the item "I. Basic ceiling selling prices of Kerosene in bulk per kilolitre ex - storage points, " for the heading "Aviation Turbine Fuel " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
