NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th June, 1973
G.S.R, 310 (E).—-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Passports Rules, 1967, Namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Passports (Amendment) Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. In Schedule V to the Passports Rules, 1967, after S. No. 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

"13 Issue of a duplicate passport in lieu of the India-Bangladesh Passport which has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Rs. 10-00
. 2 00 per service.
14 Miscellaneous service on an India-Bangladesh Passport . Rs Issue of a new Passport Booklet when all the pages in an existing

India-Bangladesh Passport are exhausted.
