New Delhi , the 12th June 1973
G.S.R 311 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of sec- tion 11 of the Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby appoints , with effect from the appointed day , Shri J. G. Kumara- mangalam , Custodian General , Coal Mines Authority, as the Custodian of all the coal mines except those mincs specified against serial numbers 45 to 219 ( both in- clusive ) , 227 , 230 , 235 , 237 , 260 , 265 and 275 of the Schedule to the said Act .

सरकार , श्री जे ० जी० कुमारमंगलम महाअभिरक्षक , कोयला खान प्राधिकारी को नियत दिन से सभी कोयला खानों के , उन खानों को छोड़कर , जो उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या 45 से 219 तक ( दोंनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए , ) 227, 230 , 235 , 237, 260 , 265 और 275 के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट हैं , अभिरक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 312 ( E ) . In pursuance of the provisions of clause (m ) of sections of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the date mentioned in column 2 of the Table below as the specified date for the purpose of the pro- visions of the Act specified against such date in the corresponding entries in column I of the said Table .

सा० फा ० नि० 312 ( श्र) कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण ) अधिनियम 1973 ( 1973 का 26 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ड ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार निम्न सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में वर्णित तारीख को उक्त सारणी के स्तंश 1 में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में ऐसी तारीख के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के प्रयोजन के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that all the powers excrcisable by it under the said Act may also be exer- cised by Shri J. G. Kumaramanglam , Custodian .

सा० फा ० ति० 313 (श्र) -कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण ) अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 26) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार निवेश देती है कि उक्त अधि- नियम के अधीन उसके द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य सभी शषितयों का प्रयोग, श्री जे ० जी० कुमारमंगलम अधिरक्षक द्वारा भी किया जा सकेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th June 1973
G.S.R. 314 ( E ) .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 5 of the Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs that the right , title and interest of the owners of each of the coal mines specified against serial numbers 45 to 219 (both inclusive ) , 227, 230 , 235 , 237 , 260 , 265 and 275 of the Schedule to the said Act shall , with effect from the 1st day of May , 1973 , vest in the Bharat Coking Coal Limited , Dhanbad , a Govern- ment company Incorporated under the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , and having its registered office at Sijua , District Dhanbad in the State of Bihar.

सा० का ० ति ० 314 ( श्र) . कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण ) अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 26 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची की क्रम सं० 45 से 219 तक (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए ) , 227 , 230 , 235 , 237 , 260, 265 और 275 के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक कोयला खान के स्वामियों का अधिकार, हक और हित , 1 मई, 1973 से भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड , धनबाद में, जो कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) के अधीन निगमित सरकारी कम्पनी है , और जिसका रजिस्ट्रीकृत , कार्यालय सिजुबा , जिलस धनबाद , बिहार राज्य में है, निहित हो जाएंगे ।
