No. 98-ITC/(PN)/73—Attention is invited to the import policy for raw materials, compo- nents and spares for actual users as contained in Section I of the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Vol. I) for April 1973-March 1974.
2. The following amendments may be deemed to have been made in the aforesaid policy!—
