ORDER
New Delhi, the 12th June 1973
S.O. 336(E)/IIDRA/18G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely: —
1. (i) This Order may be railed the Cement Control (Third Amendment) Order, 1973.
(ii) It shall be deemed to have come into effect from the 12th June, 1973.
2, In the second paragraph of the Schedule to the Cement Control Order, 1967, for the words, abbreviations and figures "an additional price of Rs. 27.40 pier tonne", the words, abbreviations and figures "an additional price of Rs. 28.70 per tonne " shall be substituted
