G.S.R. 321 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the all India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre ) Rules 1966 , the Central Government in consultation with the State Governments concerned hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966 , ramely-
I. ( I ' These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength Second Amendment Regulations , 1973 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India .

सा ० का ० नि ० 321 ( प्र) . भारतीय वन सेवा ( सवर्ग ) नियम , 1966 के नियम 4 के माथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार संबन्धित राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय बन मेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 मे और ग्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है. अर्थात्--
1 ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग मख्या का नियमन ) संशोधन विनियम , 1973 कहा जा सकेगा ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2 भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग मख्या का नियनन ) विनियम, 1966 की अनुसूची मे.
