No. 10/8/73-AIS(Il).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby deputes Shri Sushital Banerji, a member of the Indian Administrative Ser- vice, borne on the Cadre of Uttar Pradesh, for service under the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, with effect from the date Shri Sushital Banerji takes over charge under the Government of Jammu and Kashmir and until further orders.
