S.O- 351(E)—In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the Produce Cess Act 1966 (15 of 1966) read with sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agricultrre Department of Agriculture) S. O. No. 43 4. (E), dated the 19th Tune, 1972, the Central Govern- Tftent is Pleased to fix, with effect from the 1st July, 1973, the tariff value in respect of Cashew -Kernel at Rs. 1,000/- per quintal for the year 1973-74.

S.O-352(EJ.—-In exercise ol the powers conferred bv sub-section (2¹ of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (XXVII 01 1940) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in Uie Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture) S. O. No. 442 f.E), dated the 24th June, 1972, the Central Government is pleased to fix with effect from rst July, 1973 ior the articles specified in Column 1 of the Schedule hereto annexed being the articles enumerated in rhe schedule to the said Act, the tariff values specified in the correspond- ing entry in Column thereof.
