NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th June 1973
S,O 354(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 771 the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to mend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely: —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ents) Second Amendment Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official azette.
2, In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958: —
(i) after entry (26-B), the following entry shall be inserted, namely: —
"(26-C) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Depart- ment of Space, by the Director in that Department; or"
(ii) in the Schedule, below the heading DEPARTMENT OF ATOMIC ENERGY and the entry thereunder, the following heading and entry shall be inserted, namely: —
