NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th June 1973
G.S.R. 33G(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 33 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973 (2G of 1973), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the powers excisable sable by it under section 29 of the said Act may also be exercised by (a) Shri D. K. Dutta, Chief of Sales, Central Division, Coal Mines Authority, in respect of all the Coal mines except those mines specified against serial numbers 45 to 219 (both inclusive), 227, 230, 235, 237, 260, 265 and 275 of the Schedule to the said Act, and (b) Shri R N. Sharma, ChairmancumManagingDirector, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Dhanbad, in respect of the coal mines specifier against serial numbers 45 to 219 (both inclusive), 227, 230, 235, 237, 260, 265 and 275 of the Schedule to the said Act.
