S.O. 359 (E).—In pursuance of clause (v) of rule 1 of the Second Schedule to the Companies (Profits) Surtax Act, 1964 (7 of 1964), the Central Government hereby notifies the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, as a financial institution lor the purposes of the said clause in respect of the assessment year commencing on and from the 1st day of April, 1973 and any subsequent assessment year.
