G.S.R. 328 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3 ) of Article 98 of the Cons- titution of India , the President , after consultation with the Chairman , Rajya Sabha , hereby makes the following amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules , 1957 , namely :-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules-
Under the heading " Class II-Gazetted " , after the entries relating to item " 20. Committee Reporter" , the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-
Designation of post
Pay or scale of pay otherwise admissible
Pay or scale of pay admissible to pre- 1931 entrants
