ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th June 1973
S.O. 36S(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, internal Trade and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 2820/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 9th July, 1969, read with the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 2542, dated the 8th July, 1971, the management of the undertaking known as DIgvijay Spinning and Weaving Co Ltd., Bombay, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order mentioned above for a period up to and inclusive of the 8th July, 1973;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period up to and inclusive of the 8th July, 1974;
