S.O. 368 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 143, dated the 9th January) 1967 (as amended by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3251, dated the 30th August, 1971), and in supersession of the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O, 2081, dated the 18th May 1971, the Central Government hereby authorises, with immediate effect, Shri B. N. Vali to take over the management of the whole of the Mahalakshmi Mills Company Limited, Beawar, vice Shri P. C. Gupta, until further orders.
