MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th July 1973
as S.O. 392 ( E ) / 15 /IDRA/73. Whereas the industrial undertaking known Messrs Engel India Machines & Tools Limited , 1 , Taratala Road , Calcutta , is engaged in the scheduled industry , namely , the Machine Tool Industry ;
And whereas it has come to the notice of the Central Government that the volume of production of the articles manufactured in the said industrial under- taking had been gradually going down and the production has now come to a stand still consequent upon the closure of the said industrial undertaking by the management for which , having regard to the economic conditions prevailing , there is no justification ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient to take urgent measures to remedy the situation arising out of the closure of the said industrial undertaking and to ensure that the production in the said scheduled industry does not suffer to the detriment of the public interest;
Act. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- trics ( Development and Regulation )Regulation ) Act , 1951. ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrialtrial Develop- ment No SO 291 ( E ) / 15 / IDRA / 73 . dated the 23rd Mav . 1973. the Central Gov- ernment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investi- gation into the circumstances of the cose , a body of persons consisting of: --

आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 12 जुलाई , 1973
का ०ग्रा ० 392 ( प्र ) / 15 / आई डी आर ए/ 73 -यतः मैसर्स इन्जिल इन्डिया मशीन्स एण्ड टूल्स लिमिटेड , 1 , तारातला रोड , कलकत्ता -1 , नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम अनुसूचित उद्योग, अर्थात् उपयंत्र उद्योग में लगा हुआ है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की जानकारी में यह आया है कि उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उप- क्रम में विनिर्मित वस्तुओं के उत्पादन की मात्रा धीरे-धीरे घटती रही है और अब, प्रबन्ध- तन्त्र द्वारा उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम के बन्द किए जाने के परिणामस्वरूप , उत्पादन में गति- रोध आ गया है जिसका विद्यमान आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए कोई औचित्य नहीं है;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम के बन्द हो जाने से उत्पन्न परिस्थिति के उपाचार के लिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि उक्त अनुसूचित उद्योग में उत्पादन लोक हित के प्रतिकूल न गिरे तुरन्त कार्यवाही करना समीचीन है;
श्रतः, श्रब , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रौद्यो- गिक विकास मंत्रालय के श्रादेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 29/ ( ई० )/ 15/उ ० वि० वि ० अ०/ 73 , तारीख 23 मई , 1973 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार मामले की परिस्थितियों का पूर्णरूपेण अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजन के लिए एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति होंगेः-
